Download Windows Steam games on macOS
So you already paid for a game like Rollercoaster Tycoon 2, which is playable on macOS when you use OpenRCT2 (it even has Metal support). However, Steam won't let you download it because it's Windows only. There's no "shut the hell up and let me download this shit anyway" button.

Getting started
Open the Steam client, and make sure you're logged in.

Open the Terminal.

I'll get right to the point. What does the average user do on their PC every day?
- They browse the internetz (The news, Facebook, YouTube, E-mail, porn)
- They write letters and/or essays
- They go pirate-mode and download movies and music
- They watch those movies and listen to the music they downloaded
- They chat with their friends on MSN (or AIM, ICQ, Google Talk, Gadu-Gadu, Xfire etc)

Hmm, sounds a bit like YOU.
Why stick with the crappy stuff, while there's something BETTER and FREE?...

So I need Cadence OrCAD for an assignment. FUCK. No Linux package available. Alright... Windows workstation it is. So I turn it on. This is where a list of shit starts:
1. Booting takes ages.
2. Before allowing me to login, it has to configure itself for another 5 minutes.
3. After logging in, it takes another 5 minutes to "Prepare the desktop".
4. I see my desktop, and I get yelled at by:
- Adobe Updater (UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE)
- Microsoft Lync (LOGIN LOGIN LOGIN)

Thanks to Tanner Stokes, a programmer, you can finally get rid of annoying, retarded comments on YouTube videos!
He made a browser plugin that derpifies all comments so you won't have to get a headache again from too much facepalming!

The plugin is available for Mozilla Firefox, Opera and some other shitty browsers!

Find out where Steam is installed, and write it down.
It's usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam or C:\Program Files\Steam. I have it installed in C:\Steam

Invalid Steam UserID Ticket

Exit Steam
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam and delete ClientRegistry.blob
Go to C:\Program Files...

Refalm, since I know you're the ONLY person in µCosmos so far that could answer this, I'll address this to you.
On my Ubuntu install on my netbook (Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat on a Dell Mini Inspiron 1010, AKA Dell Mini 10v), the wireless drivers are hopelessly fucked up. On certain wireless routers (The main suspect is Verizon's rebranded ActionTec router that comes with all Verizon FiOS installations), I can connect to the network but I can't contact any network devices OR the internet....
